OfficialCost provides cost-intelligence information. This policy explains what data we process when you use the public website.
We do not require an account to browse the public site and do not sell personal data. We collect privacy-friendly, aggregated usage analytics (page views and performance metrics) to understand site usage and improve performance. These analytics do not use cross-site tracking cookies. Search queries you type are processed to return results and are not tied to an identifiable profile.
The public site does not set advertising cookies. Administrative areas use a session cookie from our authentication provider solely to keep authorized staff signed in.
Aggregated analytics are retained only as long as needed for product analysis. If you are in a jurisdiction granting data-subject rights (such as the EU/UK), you may contact us to ask what data relating to you we hold and to request its deletion.
